The amenities of White Hart Lane are walking distance, there is an M&S Food on Barnes High Street along with several independent shops and cafés. The river towpath is minutes away and there are excellent local nurseries and schools. 

 

Barnes Green where there is the Duck Pond and OSO Arts Centre which stages theatre, comedy, music and exhibitions, is not far, and there are numerous sports facilities, including the Barnes Elms Sports Trust which is a community run sports centre with excellent facilities.
