Experience: Charlotte grew up as an expat, before settling in London 15 years ago, when she started her property career in Knightsbridge. She has a comprehensive knowledge in residential property, helping clients, both overseas and domestic sell, buy and let, focusing on Prime Central & South West London and Surrey. Charlotte has experience in selling and buying both leasehold and freehold properties for clients, and can help with introductions for dealing with an enfranchisement process. Charlotte is a member of ARLA Propertymark for letting agents and also speaks fluent Dutch and French, as well as getting by in Spanish!
